The Southern Light Show ("the Event") is a unique experience and, as such, we have specific refund and return policies in place. This policy is designed to ensure fairness to all our guests and the ongoing viability of the event.
All membership sales for the Event are final. Once purchased, there are no refunds or returns permitted. This applies regardless of the reason for seeking a refund or return.
The member acknowledges that their purchase is for the experience of the drive-through light show and that the quality of the experience can be subjective. Therefore, dissatisfaction with the personal experience does not warrant a refund.
In the rare case that the Event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a separate communication and process will be implemented. However, under regular conditions and scenarios, membership sales remain non-refundable.
The Southern Light Show shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.
While nightly memberships are non-refundable and non-returnable, they may be transferable to another individual for the same date and time slot. Transfers are the responsibility of the original purchaser and should not be sold for a value higher than the original purchase price. Holiday Unlimited Memberships are not transferrable.
This Refund and Return Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
By purchasing a membership, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out in this Refund and Return Policy. It is advised to keep a copy of this policy for personal records.

By purchasing a nightly or seasonal membership for The Southern Light Show located at Tidewater Ranch at 2310 Horse Stamp Church Road, Waverly, GA 31565, you ("the Christmas Club Member") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms before making a purchase.
The member acknowledges that they are visiting an operational ranch which has inherent risks of a ranch and wildlife habitat, including, but not limited to, the presence of wildlife, bee hives, and other potential hazards. By entering the property, the member willingly assumes all risks associated with their visit.
The member agrees that the company, owners, agents, contractors, and employees of The Southern Light Show and the operational ranch are not liable for any harm, damage, or injury that may befall any member while on the premises, whether caused by the negligence of the member or otherwise.
The member acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any damage to their own vehicle, whether such damage is caused by their own actions, the actions of other visitors, or by natural or other hazards on the ranch property.
For the drive-through portion of the event, all members must stay inside their vehicles at all times. Exiting a vehicle during this portion is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Restroom facilities are available midway through the drive and on Christmas Island with designated parking areas. Any member found outside their vehicle during the drive-through may be asked to leave without refund.
Members must follow all directional signage and any verbal directions from staff during their visit. ADA Accessible parking is available for those with ADA tags. Service dogs are welcomed, however, pets must remain inside your personal vehicle and are not allowed out on the property. This is for the safety and enjoyment of all.
All membership sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizers The Southern LIght Show is a rain or shine event, however, if cancellation is warranted, notification will be shared via social media and via email to members.
The Southern Light Show reserves the right to remove any member from the premises due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined here.
